The Private preserve wine Preserver keeps your wine preserved after opening. The preserver replaces the air that seeps into an open bottle with a balanced mixture of carbon dioxide, nitrogen and argon to keep wine fresh. The gas mixture differs from fresh air because of what it lacks, oxygen and impurities, otherwise, the mixture is very similar to the air we breathe and is perfectly food safe. The preserver saves your wine for longer by putting the tip of the extension tube inside the neck of the bottle against the glass and spraying one long (1 second) and 4 short bursts into 750 ml wine bottle. Returns or Exchanges Product Policy

If you find you need to return an item, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and follow the below guidelines:

Returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery. *See Exceptions
Email cs@bigkitchen.com. Include your order number, item number, detailed description of what the issue is (if any), full name, and phone number.
Items eligible for returns or exchanges must be in new, mint condition and must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials including instruction booklets and blank warranty cards.
Shipping fees are non-refundable regardless of the reason for return. Customers will incur the expense for returns. We do not issue pre-paid shipping labels.
Do NOT place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's packaging.
Use a shipping method that provides insurance and a tracking number as BigKitchen is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
An RMA # does not guarantee a final disposition, all returns are subject to inspection.
In the event you return an item purchased under a free shipping offer, we will deduct the actual shipping cost of your original order from your refund.
Most refunds are processed in 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
