**About Private Preserve:** Inspired by the winemaking industry's practice of using inert gas to prevent oxidation in wine stored in tanks, barrels, and carboys, the founder of Private Preserve set out to make professional wine preservation accessible to consumers. After rigorous experimentation, he developed a blend of inert gases (essentially oxygen-free air) that can preserve wine in opened and re-corked bottles for months, even years. Thus, Private Preserve was born, becoming an indispensable wine accessory, second only to the corkscrew.
**How It Works:** Private Preserve safeguards your opened wine by covering it with a protective blanket. This endorsed wine preservation system employs a mixture of Argon, CO2, and Nitrogen to shield your wine.
**Directions for Use:**
1. Securely attach the provided tube to the nozzle with a twisting motion.
2. Position the tube's tip midway down the neck of the bottle, touching the glass.
3. Place a cork or stopper over the bottle, resting against the tube.
4. Spray for half a second followed by four quick bursts, then swiftly remove the tube and immediately seal the bottle with a cork or stopper (for a 750 ml bottle). Store the bottle upright.
**Note:** To maintain your wine's freshness, ensure the bottle is sealed with a stopper after use. Each case contains 12 cans.

Returns or Exchanges Product PolicyÂ
If you find you need to return an item, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and follow the below guidelines:
- Returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery. *See Exceptions
- Email cs@bigkitchen.com. Include your order number, item number, detailed description of what the issue is (if any), full name, and phone number.
- Items eligible for returns or exchanges must be in new, mint condition and must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials including instruction booklets and blank warranty cards.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable regardless of the reason for return. Customers will incur the expense for returns. We do not issue pre-paid shipping labels.
- Do NOT place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Use a shipping method that provides insurance and a tracking number as BigKitchen is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
- An RMA # does not guarantee a final disposition, all returns are subject to inspection.
- In the event you return an item purchased under a free shipping offer, we will deduct the actual shipping cost of your original order from your refund.
- Most refunds are processed in 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
