ABOUT PRIVATE PRESERVE:
Inspired by winemaking practices, the inventor of Private Preserve observed the widespread use of inert gases to protect wine in tanks, barrels, and carboys from oxidation. Motivated to make professional-level wine preservation accessible to enthusiasts at home, he embarked on a journey of relentless experimentation. The result was a proprietary blend of inert gases (essentially oxygen-free air) designed to safeguard the quality of wine in opened and re-corked bottles, ensuring its preservation for months or even years. Thus, Private Preserve emerged as an indispensable wine accessory, second only in importance to the corkscrew.
HOW IT WORKS:
Private Preserve acts as a protective shield for your opened wine bottles. Endorsed by wine professionals, this preservation system employs a carefully selected mix of Argon, CO2, and Nitrogen to maintain the wine’s integrity.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1) Attach the included tube to the nozzle with a twisting motion until secure.
2) Position the tube’s tip inside the bottle’s neck, midway down, resting against the glass.
3) Prepare the cork or stopper by placing it on top of the bottle, adjacent to the tube.
4) Deliver a spray for half a second followed by four quick bursts. Immediately after spraying, remove the tube swiftly and seal the bottle with the cork or stopper (for a 750 ml bottle). Store the bottle upright.
**To ensure your wine remains fresh, always reseal it with a stopper after use.

Returns or Exchanges Product PolicyÂ
If you find you need to return an item, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and follow the below guidelines:
- Returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery. *See Exceptions
- Email cs@bigkitchen.com. Include your order number, item number, detailed description of what the issue is (if any), full name, and phone number.
- Items eligible for returns or exchanges must be in new, mint condition and must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials including instruction booklets and blank warranty cards.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable regardless of the reason for return. Customers will incur the expense for returns. We do not issue pre-paid shipping labels.
- Do NOT place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Use a shipping method that provides insurance and a tracking number as BigKitchen is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
- An RMA # does not guarantee a final disposition, all returns are subject to inspection.
- In the event you return an item purchased under a free shipping offer, we will deduct the actual shipping cost of your original order from your refund.
- Most refunds are processed in 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
