Non-stick Metal Bakeware Baking Tips

Here are a few baking tips from our test kitchen experts to be sure you get the most from your Non-stick Metal Bakeware:

  • Although not necessary, you might want to lightly grease the inside of the pan with a little oil or butter to ensure an easy free-release of your baked goods.
  • We don’t recommend using an aerosol non-stick cooking spray to coat our Non-stick Metal Bakeware.
  • All of the pans in the collection are oven-safe to 475°F. But note that they are not safe to use on the stovetop, under the broiler or on any other direct heat source.
  • Non-stick Metal Bakeware pans are easy to clean, simply hand wash with warm soapy water and wipe dry. They should not be placed in the dishwasher.
