Our shopping cart calculates your shipping cost based on weight and shipping zone. In addition to ground shipping options, expedited shipment methods are available, and those rates will show as available shipping options that you may select as you checkout. We will always provide the total costs before you checkout. Always make certain you provide correct shipping address and zip codes as undeliverable shipments will incur additional shipping fees.

For ease of shopping, we aim to offer free standard shipping on all products. Our Free Shipping Policy applies only to domestic ground delivery to a physical address in the contiguous United States. Free shipping promotions are not valid for Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, APO, PPO, US protectorates or international shipments. Select product exceptions apply which do not receive the free shipping promotion. Add items to your cart for a more accurate estimated shipping cost. Cart totals will be updated accordingly during the checkout process. Our regular shipping rates will apply for any excluded region or product.
In the event you return or exchange an item purchased under a free shipping offer, we will deduct the actual shipping cost of your original order from your refund. Our free shipping offer may end without notice and is not valid for products from our family of other websites unless those items are listed in the BigKitchen™ categories. BigKitchen™ reserves the right to reject any order at any time and for any reason.
Returns or Exchanges Product Policy
If you find you need to return an item, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and follow the below guidelines:
- Returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery. *See Exceptions
- Email cs@bigkitchen.com. Include your order number, item number, detailed description of what the issue is (if any), full name, and phone number.
- Items eligible for returns or exchanges must be in new, mint condition and must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials including instruction booklets and blank warranty cards.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable regardless of the reason for return. Customers will incur the expense for returns. We do not issue pre-paid shipping labels.
- Do NOT place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Use a shipping method that provides insurance and a tracking number as BigKitchen is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
- An RMA # does not guarantee a final disposition, all returns are subject to inspection.
- In the event you return an item purchased under a free shipping offer, we will deduct the actual shipping cost of your original order from your refund.
- Most refunds are processed in 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
