The story
From Newark to Connecticut
BROIL KINGBroil King began as BroilKing Corp. of Newark, New Jersey. Cadco acquired its assets in February 1999 and moved production to Winsted, Connecticut, where it became BK Mfg., a Cadco subsidiary.
The line focuses on warming trays, buffet servers, griddles and hot plates. (Not to be confused with the Broil King barbecue-grill brand.)
