Built by a fry-and-boil man

Bayou Classic is the outdoor-cooking brand of Barbour International, Inc., founded by Rodney Barbour in 1986 in Brandon, Mississippi.

Barbour’s turkey-fryer design earned two patents, and the line grew into stockpots, crawfish and seafood boilers, burners and a full range of cast iron.
