Easy to Clean and Operate: This cooktop comes with a pre-installed power cord for easy setup. The smooth ceramic surface with no cracks or crevices allows you to easily wipe down and keep your beautiful new cooktop clean. The jet-black glass creates a durable, modern surface that allows for easy cleanup and fast heating. The jet-black knobs complement the glass and lend the model a sleek, modern look. The push-to-turn knobs are located at the front for easier accessibility to comply with the guidelines in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Features: This model comes with two burners to allow for a more efficient simultaneous cooking experience. The Large 900W burner on the rear is 7” in diameter, is built to handle large cookware. The small 500W burner on the front is 5.75” in diameter and can handle larger cookware. With its easy-fitting size and lasting durability, the C2B120 is the perfect cooktop for small homes, apartments, tiny houses, and smaller kitchen areas. The individual indicator lights show which burner is in use. The residual heat indicator light indicates when the surface is still hot to touch. The heat indicator light and push-to-turn knobs are included for additional safety.
Suitable for All Types of Cookware: This model can be used with iron, stainless steel, casserole, aluminum, copper, glass, BBQ tray, ceramics, and other induction-compatible cookware. The simple design makes it very suitable for home cooking. Small cooktops are versatile and can be installed in several places, such as apartments, RVs, boats, and vacation rentals.
Size and Warranty: It can fit in counter cutout sizes that are 10 1/8” W x 18 5/8” D. The model’s size is 2.5" H x 11.25" W x 20" D. Returns or Exchanges Product Policy
If you find you need to return an item, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and follow the below guidelines:
- Returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery. *See Exceptions
- Email cs@bigkitchen.com. Include your order number, item number, detailed description of what the issue is (if any), full name, and phone number.
- Items eligible for returns or exchanges must be in new, mint condition and must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials including instruction booklets and blank warranty cards.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable regardless of the reason for return. Customers will incur the expense for returns. We do not issue pre-paid shipping labels.
- Do NOT place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Use a shipping method that provides insurance and a tracking number as BigKitchen is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
- An RMA # does not guarantee a final disposition, all returns are subject to inspection.
- In the event you return an item purchased under a free shipping offer, we will deduct the actual shipping cost of your original order from your refund.
- Most refunds are processed in 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
